Upgraded to R3134.... './configure debug=yes' doesn't seem to do anything. './configure --enable-debug' does. With debug enabled, the build goes clean all the way up til' it has to use nasm. Okay, so from a clean SVN checkout, aclocal, autoconf, ./configure --with-opengl-prefix=/usr/X11R6, make... - Still coughs on configure a little... no libpng (duh, didn't even begin work on that bit). Forgot to mention that when the opengl prefix is specified, an odd message comes up... but it's not...
