I know people have had this problem before and I don't think it's been solved...

On the first level of Bubsy, it just has the intro screen of the level with Bubsy tapping his foot and nothing changes and we can't get into the level.

Meh...

But they all seem to work fine on Super Mario All Stars so it might just be the rom or the input etiquette lol

Did you have to start a new game or could you use it on an opened state?
And did you have to press save after you entered it?

Done that as well...

Edit: I tied one for Killer instinct and it sorta worked.
How do you do a new line?

If the cheat had to be entered at a certain time in the game could that be the problem?

One last thing... The cheat is toggled on but the cheat doesn't seem to be working..

the dumb is strong in this one ... but i sense no ass. game genie codes are a series of numbers and letters, you enter them in the Cheats screen. IIRC... the zsnes site has a faq? Cheers... Anywho could you give me a direct link to Game Genie Codes? The sites I searched had no 'series of numbers an...

How do I enter the game genie codes?
The ones I found on the Game Genie site just said "press left press x' and
something about that seemed wrong so I could do with some help.

How do I save?
I know how to 'save state' but is there a way to save in a slot?
