Okay changing the sample rate to 48000khz via the sound control panel has helped improve the sound of the game. Mine was not set on a optimal setting.

I seem to have audio issues with the game Starwing whilst using it on Zsnes emulator, the audio crackles and breaks up. Please can anybody give me advice on how to resolve this issue.
