Imo, the A version is better. Purple sky in smb1, I don't remember that in original NES.

Imo, the answer is no and the mouse is by far better than before. I have a modern USB mouse. Maybe something's wrong from your side?

Now they are with emulators. It's you that doesn't make sense at all. If I remember, Doom is a pretty old game. And if you want to play on console, then play on console. Here, we are using Zsnes not the console. So be clever.

Guys, you are strange :P I don't feel guilty because I am using savestates. In fact, I feel guilty not using them. blackmyst: Yes, but still don't understand your point. Savestates were always been in most PC games and still exists. Ex. Doom and Morrowind. So, it is by far not for cheap people. In f...

Why using in-game save? Especially when savestate is good and quick way to continue your game.

I am somewhat deceived about that. VirtualDub doesn't seem to handle RAW video and it creates too large file. I think it's a bad idea.

Personally, I prefer this idea than using MNG. Though, adding both this and MNG can be a good idea for those that only want animation without sounds.

Well, using february 5 WIP, I've got Zsnes using ~67% of CPU when no game is loaded. ~23% when playing a game.

For Astxist. It appears an other application is using your CPU which may alter you result. It's written 100% CPU usage on your pic.

Wow, stay calm people. It's true that it is abnormal to use so much CPU when in task bar. I have a Athlon XP 2600 and Zsnes uses near 80% of CPU. But it doesn't seem to affect overall system performance so I don't care ;)
I have already seen worse than this.

Normally, an emulator is supposed to handle all frames even if they are not shown on screen which is not supposed to create any problems.

Ah, it's like recording an AVI on the fly.

It should really record input at each frame like others emulators. It shouldn't be affected by system speed.

Re: Redoing ZMV but want input

3) Would you have a problem if your system was required to play games at 60fps (50fps for PAL) to play back movies properly? By far, I am not against that. In fact, it must have that feature. It must have that "feature"? What exactly do you mean by that? It sounds to me more like a limita...

Re: Redoing ZMV but want input

1) What would you consider a reasonable ZMV size for a 10+ hour movie? I don't see any objection even if file size is 10MB. 2) If an auto chapter function is added what intervals should a chapter be made, this will allow you to skip through a movie much faster. Personally, I think it should be manu...
