I have no knowledge about any of this, but the best GUI's I've used so far are that from Gens/Kega and 1964. I have no idea if those are totally different APIs, if so forget what I said. In any case, I don't really mind which API is going to be used in the end, as long as it does not eat a huge amou...

I assume save states made with the 04/04 WIP will no longer work with 04/11 WIP and higher. Tried it just today but ZSNES crashes when trying to load state.

The cause? :
ALL: Better code in zstate.c, should fix the 'dash issue' [grinvader]

Don't worry, it doesn't bother me much :)

It's the same with asking to implement a Close ROM option (which also would be nice to have, but yeah it's all that GUI stuff which is apparently hard to edit).

I indeed was a bit hypocritical in my previous post, however, everyone already pointed out SNES accuracy is the way to go and I have nothing more to add :)

I now see SNES emulation has a more bright future ahead.

You are correct, being able to play the games is just a nice side effect... but really, it's all about accurate SNES emulation.

...but sometimes instead of doing what it should when the appropriate button is pressed,it opens the menu (not top menu,the one you get if you press F1) and it's a pain... I can confirm at least this, but it not only happens when you try and load-state... it might also happen when you try to reset ...
