You mean dump, right?

Back then, the dumpers only worked in certain areas, and you had to use a divining rod to find the right place.

Yeah, but that'd require the person to have bought that specific game in order to use it, unless the saves aren't encrypted and there's an easy way to make the wii think a save for one game is a save for another. PS: Grey kitties, twins, sisters, two of them, about 8-9 months. Very playful and affec...

Gil: Good point, but I'm sure the console doesn't care to make a difference, and I didn't know about the older consoles, that's pretty cool.

Too bad the amount of space SNES games take up is so, so much more.

Unless it's by one of those companies that jsut tried to use "It's a videogame!" as a selling point and the game was like 2 megabits.

Also. That would have been a great seller maybe 10 years ago.

Snark: As far as I know, the dreamcast was the only system you could play pirated games without spending any money on stuff other than blank discs. At least a set of swap cds.

Um, I heard the way older versions of zsnes didn't have the current GUI, but since I've been using ZSNES with it's current type of GUI for... five years? I don't think you'd like having to go to a version so, so old. The new one is reportedly (I have spies that read stickies!) going to have a super-...

I DID ask questions.
I DO ask questions.

And 'yall are total asses about it when I don't know what I'm talking about. Does he (death) honestly think everybody on a computer knows what I just learned? I certainly hope not, for his sake.

Dude. I was wrong. I had no idea what I'm talking about. I admitted it a good bit ago. I was explaining where my thoughts were coming from in my earlier posts , you're beating a dead horse. Besides, I was asking. I was asking because I didn't know if it was possible. Go read that again. I'm not sayi...

"Yes because lockups and crashes are just bad planning... " - So if I use a faulty driver and get a BSOD, it's microsoft's poor planning? It depends on whether they made the engine or not. "MKV is just a container, I'm sure someone will port mplayer or similar to the psp... " - ...

>_<; Editing the hosts file overrides outside DNS, right? So when I type in your address, I'll be redirected to that IP, right? Then why can't I enter that IP directly? I DO, and it brings me to the edgeemu site, and I can even visit links. But I can't FIND NSRT on the page. So I'll edit hosts. Done...

Right, mind showing me how I get to edgeemu from the NSRT site? Doing the hosts editing gives me the same thing as visiting the IP address directly, which is the edgeemu site. I see no mention of you or nsrt or any tools in the menus. And apparantly the host isn't using apache's "subdomain redi...

The hardware being different sounded like nothing, hardware needs drivers for the OS.

The way a program or OS or processer interacts with that hardware specifically being different... that's bigger.

I'm not used to dealing with other platforms, so my mindset is usually in the PC way.

Gil: I know you don't run the source; I'm not that much out of compiled languages. Can't you just use a different compiler with a few changes? I'm just saying have lots of pre-written source would be nice, and asking if it's possible, no need to blow a gasket at me, I'm only human, and there's no ne...
