In the UK, Capital Punishment was fully banned for all possible offences (inc. war crimes, treason etc) in 1998, but yes, it was never used after 1965 when it was banned for most offences. Also, executing thieves is the most retarded suggestion I have heard on this board, I'm afraid to say. That doe...

If you want to cheat in a test, then just take franpa's answers and put the exact opposite. You would surely get 100%, since I've never known anyone so consistently wrong in my life.

It's hard to believe since automatic hardware filtering tends to not be anywhere near as exaggerated as actual software bilinear filters commonly used in emulators. It's barely visible without quite a bit of magnification with my LCD - but it is there. As far as I can see, bsnes can use a linear fil...

Sorry, I have a habit for assuming people are American. GCSEs are extremely easy to the point where they are almost worthless. You have quite a way to go yet. I was very cocky after I got 8 A grades at GCSE and did not revise. Then I did A Levels, and they were much harder. A Levels are marked to a ...

Perhaps you will survive University. You need fighting spirit and competitiveness or you'll just be one of the numerous lazy or incompetent drop-outs who couldn't cut the mustard even after year 1. In my courses, which were both in the Biological Sciences, there were many that were hopelessly lost f...

No, virii is perfectly good english.
Nope, virii is not a valid alternative form of viruses. It does not decline like servus or similar in latin, since it was a 'mass noun' and so does not follow the -i plural rule.

It's always a good idea to check that the headers of your NES images are correct. That is probably the source of most peoples' problems, rather than a genuine emulation bug.

I find that the hardware accelerated PSX plugins are harder to configure than N64 plugins in general. Most of the decent N64 plugins have settings files so you don't have to change that many options (Jabo's/Glide64/Rice's), and some have configuration guides (Jabo's/Glide64). Just download the lates...

While true, the OP wants to compile r4538, which is the last stable release.

You can pick up r4538 from ipher's WIP site:

Yep, definite bug (using r4538). I think this one is known about, due to the DSP-3 developments of late, but I'll move this thread to the verified bugs section.

This is due to that screen using the SNES' Hi Res mode. ZSNES cannot apply filters when using Hi Res.

In your scanline shot, the resolution has been reduced from Hi Res to normal res, causing text to appear bunched together.

With HQ3X, the filter simply doesn't do anything in Hi Res modes.
