Turbo mode? (speeding up game with a hotkey)

Been trying to find a similar function in zsnes as there is in snes9x where you hold tab for as long as you want the game to speed up for. All my searches end up with topics related to turbo buttons as input to the game.

Sorry if it's somewhere obvious. Appreciate any answers.
