Ok so, maybe I'm missing something? It still won't load KoF2003, or does "new driver" not necessarily mean the game is actually enabled?

All games are enabled, and have been for a good while now. Make sure you are using MAME sets. Additional drivers in 1.59 are for CPS1/2, and clones of some Neo-Geo games.

what kind of features does this have above MAME? I know it has some video filters if I'm not mistaken. Maybe some input stuff too?
