Yeah, either they described it wrong, or you went to the wrong place. Hmm...

Looks like their settings are a confusing mess. Looks like Odditude is on this, though.

mostly this. a bunch of the pref pages are near dupes, so it's real easy to be in the completely wrong place and not realize it.
Why yes, my shift key *IS* broken.

if this were a real emergency, the board would currently be flooded by hundreds of spam posts.

this is only a test.
I approve of this post. (that being said I think I found a new ringtone...)
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

DirectInput represents all bits, not just powers of 2 in an axis.

Problem is, the whole broadcast lasted five minutes... phones ring for 24-30 seconds. :P

It SHOULD have lasted closer to forty-five. Like most stations, they fucked up.

(Apparently only one in five actually went to emergency mode AND stayed there until the properly-authenticated cancellation came through. The most visible change to come out of it was that tests were changed from a static time slot to a random time on a random day of the week, to prevent people ignoring it because "eh, it's just the test, no big deal."

Emergency notifications: Eh, whatever, we'll figure something out.)
