NHancer doesn't run...

I can see the logo when I double click the program but after a while it fades and then nothing happens, isn't a window meant to open? D:

Edit: Does it have some lame noob protection mechanism that stops it from running under Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Release Candidate 1?

Edit 2: After checking there forum I see they don't yet support drivers newer then 250.xx which is likely my problem.

I'm kinda familiar with that tool, does it let you use NHancer profiles though? That's what I'm after to try and fix buggy Baldur's Gate 2.
