windows mobile port?

why hasn't anyone ported this emulator for windows mobile devices? it's a shame that only the inferior snes9x has been ported over (with dismal results)

Windows Mobile is not x86.

It doesn't matter what OS it uses, it matters if it using an x86 processor.
