Using a save file transferred from Windows to Mac

Quick question, I just upgraded from Windows to Mac and I brought my save file (.srm one) onto the computer. I am wondering how you can put that save data onto the emulator from using the same save file. I am using this emulator from this link: http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13432

It is under ~/Library/Application Support/ZSNES/.
