how do i do this

I want to put a rom on my zsnes v1.5, i got the place im getting it from, but i don't know how to work it. When you download it , it comes in a folder with the game in it, and the game can't start unless it knows what program created it.(thats what it says when i click on it).

Start ZSNES first

then go File-> Load.

it ain't there, the game is star ocean. so i go in the s section but it isn't there.

Try moving the Star Ocean Rom to the same directory as zsnes.

if that doesn't work, we can't help you

The only possible way that this fails is that you're trying to open the .ips patch (which is stupid) or trying to open a .rar or .7z file (which is not possible).
