Would anyone be intersted in using the emulator in their mother tongue ?

If intersted, i am willing to translate it in ITALIAN. Let me Know.

Am... If you have the knowledge to do it yourself, you can download the source, and give it a shot.

I'm not trying to discourage you, it is just that I think that the zsnes team is already very busy preparing for the next big release. So I don't think they have time to do it themselves.

He did offer himself.

If I remember right, the GUI was in the process of being rewritten in a friendlier sytle. Maybe it will have language packs when it is complete, in which case you are better off to wait until then. You should contact a developer, one will probably see this topic though, so you should be set.

Not even I know how to program except for a little bit of Visual basic and an even Very Little Flash knowledge...

But, until you got the chance to translate Text Strings, it is fine with me !
