Gamepad acting up? Keyboard not responding properly? Can't get that other user to work? Read and post about it here.

Mario Paint

Post by Fablezzz »

My Zsnes emulator won't allow me to work the mouse. I tried looking at the official stuff, and I followed the instructions, to no avail. Does Mario Paint need some other kind of set up? Or am I just dumb like that?

Does that correspond to the "official stuff" you looked at?
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

Yes sir it does, but I selected mouse for port one, port 2, and even both at the same time. No luck.

Do you do this before you load Mario Paint or after?

It is best to do it after you load Mario Paint, and reset the game the changes to device if worse comes to worse.

A nicer way of going about this is using NSRT and add a NSRT header so ZSNES will enable the proper device.

Are you using a laptop touchpad? That tends to be problematic.

Make sure you are using a good dump of Mario Paint (post the output of NSRT).
