Bought a SNES USB controller from Amazon recently,

from a retailer called Video Closeout. There are no brands on it, nor serial numbers or anything of the like. Whenever I plug it in to my Windows 7 laptop, it shows up as an Unknown Device. I tried it on my old XP as well, but to the same results. If anyone else here has one of these, do you know if they work with Windows or if there's a driver I can install to make it work? Or am I just out of luck? None of the troubleshooting is helping, since it just tells me it's not recognized by Windows.
