After you set the turbo buttoms all you have to do is go to Options then check the box: USE 30HZ FOR TURBO and it will work just like you have set it

er i forgot to say that this is the procedure to make then work on zbattle off line you dont even have to check boxes on options

Does that fix the issue where turbo would't shut off 99% of the time you hit the button using a joypad? Maybe I'm the only one but it's driving me nuts! I managed to sorta fix it by setting it so you have to hold the button, but that's annoying.
