Dragon Quest V translation problems.
i cant get the dq5 translation to work... i use ZSNES 1.50 and the DeJap translation thing and then i tried 2 diffrent Dragon Quest V roms n names the translations the exact same thing sept instead of SMC i put IPS but its not workin.... it says something at the bottom of my thing Bad Rom or something n it says dejap blah blah blah like dragon quest 6 but i press enter n every other key n it just freezes...

The patch is probably looking for a DQ5 ROM with a header (or no header perhaps). This requires you to use NSRT from http://nsrt.edgeemu.com and attack/remove the header from the ROM so the game will operate/patch properly.

When the nf.exe (the frontend) is loaded, double click on the DQ rom to have it scanned. Post the output here in the forum. If it says it already has a header, right click on the file and select "remove headers from selected". If it doesn't have a header, you select "add headers to selected".
Hopefully the rom after being auto-patched by ZSNES will run properly.
