Tales Of Phantasia In English?

Ok,so i hav'nt been using emulators for very long.Thus,im not very experienced in combining(or whatever you call it)the language(or any kind of)patch with the actual game.I'v been trying to patch up Tales Of Phantasia but im a NoOb so what do you expect,i was wondering if anyone has a link to somewhere were i could download a fully-patched english version of Tales Of Phantasia and/or Final Fantasy 5.(YAY!First post)-_-

Unfortunately, we can't, as ROM requests are not allowed here.

Do you have an .ips patch file? ZSNES should automatically apply the patch, but the filename has to be exactly the same as the ROM (i.e. Tales of Phantasia.smc and Tales of Phantasia.ips). If you've got the ROM in a zip file, make sure the rom inside is also the same filename.
