File Hosting Permission Request (to mods)

I have a small emulation and technology news site. It's just starting out (haven't even themed it yet), and I would like to know if I could have permission to host the zsnes binaries there. If not, am I allowed to link directly to your download page etc? I just want to be sure to be sure I get the proper permissions and follow the individual policies of the emu coders/owners before proceeding.

You are free to do so, provided you stick with the terms of GPL (ie also provide the source code).

btw, I don't know how long you guys had the santa claus in zsnes, but I saw it for the first time this christmas lol, nice
