Let me guess, you've searched for romsites sometime in the past. Nice going.

Google's ads are dynamic and they display ads based on your browsing habits. The ZSNES developers and site designers have nothing to do with those links.

It's called covering the dev's collective ass. Pirating copyrighted material (i.e. ROMs) is technically illegal, and posting links to ROMs sites makes everybody involved an accessory. Nobody wants to see anybody on this board get sued. OK, maybe there are a few exceptions, but the point still stands that the disclaimer is there to cover everybody's ass. Nobody associated with ZSNES is posting links directly, Google is the one that's doing it.

Just thought I'de mention it here, but it really should be changed to Games/Roms because alot of the people who come in here and ask for them always ask for games, and might not know specifically what roms are.

I've never downloaded a single rom in my entire life. I think people who do it should go to jail.
