The fact that you were asking people "where/how to get Star Ocean" would have been out of the question.. if you didn't even bother to read the rules.

Actually, I already knew the website for where to get it. I just needed to know what to do and have during the process of downloading it. And because I didn't know what I was doing I thought it would be a good idea to ask for help before doing anything so I wouldn't mess up the download or my computer.

AND if you re-read my post I said "What do I DO and what do I NEED"

You need an emulator and the Star Ocean ROM. We won't tell you where to download the game. Ever. Please read the board rules as well.

This hasn't stopped people from asking the stupid question anyways, hence my comments, even though you didn't say it (I'll apologize as far as that goes, but that is the logical question that gets asked in type of post).
