I've scanned a bunch of SNES and SFC cart labels, all saved at 600 DPI lossless. I don't really have time to edit them myself (tis the life of a student), but I will make the unedited scans available to those who wish to edit them themselves. I've also posted this on The Cover Project, and I hope to make an archive of high quality, edited images.
