Xbox SNES9X Question...keep reading lol
No no no no, this isn't an actual SNES9X help topic, I just have one simple question. If anyone has used SNES9X on Xbox, or any emulator for that matter on a Modded Xbox, you know you can control everything with the controller. I was just wondering, if thats possible to do in Windows (without mapping the controller to the actual mouse and keyboard) or ZSNES. I'm so use to just clicking on the Right Thumbstick, quickly scrolling through all my roms, very quickly saving states, etc...If anybody could give me any information, I'd appreciate it.
i love you :-*

most of the keys you're gonna be looking for are in the misc keys menu. go there, select the function you want to assign a key to, then press the corresponding button on your controller. of course, you have to be able to hook your controller up to your computer

Actually, the only keys in the Misc. that I would "need" is the Fast Forward key, theres nothing like "Bring Up Menu", "Load ROM", etc. Go test out an emulator for Xbox, you'll see what I mean. You can use the emulator completely with a controller, no keyboard or mouse required.Richard C. wrote:most of the keys you're gonna be looking for are in the misc keys menu. go there, select the function you want to assign a key to, then press the corresponding button on your controller. of course, you have to be able to hook your controller up to your computer

Fast Forward key is in Config->Speed
Load ROM is in Misc Cfg->Misc Options
Controlling the menu with a controller is in Misc Cfg->GUI Options->Check Control Menu w/Gamepad1
