An album of mp3s I pirated through torrents contains some skips and blips. Is there a way I can use some sort of the audio-correction schemes that EAC and some other professional audio rippers use, except on already ripped files?

you can always just chop them off and have skips instead of bleeps. i'd take a skip over a bleep any time if i'd really have to.
