Hi i have been having a issue with my FPS you see we had to get a new computer last month and it runs great that is till it trys to run ZSNES the thing is when i start a game i get only 30/60 FPS on fullscreen HOWEVER if i minimize it then bring it back up i get the full 60/60 FPS any ideas on how i can fix this with out haveing to minimize ZSNES every time i play?

Whats your OS and specs?
Like how big is you monitor?

I never bother with Full SCREEN MODE..
its way too much trouble..
consider FULL-SCREEN coding is also in C/C++ or ASM so..
its going to have issues on newer systems..

I use resolution: "1024x896 DR W"
D = Filters
R = Maintain Aspect Ratio
W = Windows Mode

Here is all my settings for ZSNES..
in screenshot form as well as a text file
AND the actually config files ZSNES uses
ZSNES Settings.. (Dropbox)

(PC Specs)
CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz 8-core
CPU Instructions: MMX(+), SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, SSE4A, x86-64, AMD-V, AES, AVX, XOP, FMA3, FMA4
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
GPU: nVidia GTX 1070 Ti 8GB
GFX Drivers: Nvidia v440.97
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
RAM: 32GB Kingston 1866MHz DDR3

Favorite Emulators:
PS2 : PCSX2 (Auto-Builds)
N64 : Project64
