I can't figure out for the life of me why this is happening:

I've tried both with and without HQ Tripple Buffering, different sound settings, different display ratio's, but cannot seem to fix this graphic bug. I noticed weird things like this happening ever since I was forced to upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 a few months ago, and was forced to move onto zsnes version 1.51, but something always seems off (video or sound).
I can't seem to find any solutions online for this, and so I appreciate anyone who can help me resolve this.

Re: FF3(6) zsnes 1.51 issues with video layering
I suggest Snes9x 1.60 instead, Zsnes has had this issue for years and is no longer in development.

Yeah it's not an issue in snes9x. I guess I will stick with snes9x for win10, and zsnes for older windows OS. Thanks.
