Yes, a technical explanation for those of you who are paranoid to complain about Vista. I'm not pro-Vista, but I do agree with MS's reasoning for DX10 to be Vista only.
I'd still suggest waiting another 6 months or so for driver maturity to be on par, if not better than XP... but it won't be simply better just because Vista SP1 is around the corner.
Why DX10 won't really come to XP...
