Given the popularity of the DS I imagine it won't be so long before we have GBA-level DS emulators.

The emulator is very fast. If they can implement sound into it, then it will become one great DS emulator.
Try out CCleaner and other free software at Piriform

Is one person developing this or is it a team of people? Given that the website doesn't say anything about who is developing. Didn't check the wiki maybe something there i don't know.

Not that this is related to NeonDS but appearently No$gba can also emulate the DS. To what extend I don't know.
edit: according to some wikis it's "near complete" fwtw

What kinda specs does it take to run this thing? Would it run fine on a pentium 4?
Wow after testing it runs rather impressive for my pc to be so damn old.
Its lacking a shit ton of features and optimization but still pretty awesome.
