Nice ZSNES Colour Schemes
Inspired by grinvader's ZSNES GUI pic, I would like to see some ZSNES colour schemes and what settings are needed for it etc.
I have no idea where this topic should go so I put it here since it's related to ZSNES.
Anyhoo, I gave it a shot :-

Looks really cool, who in their right mind doesn't like the GUI?

I changed mine a while ago to all black, with a nice snow effect
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

I like the custom colors, too. But don't you think that a Windows GUI would be easier to use?kilivipin wrote:Zsnes would not be the same if it had a windows type GUI. I love the way it is and I woould be devatated if it changed.

Yes, but only because it would be easier to code, and wouldn't have the resolution limitation that the current GUI has.illegal eagle wrote:I like the custom colors, too. No. One of the reasons I don't use Snes9x is because of the annoying hassle of that stupid windows environment. It doesn't hold a candle to the slick, quick, solid as brick Zsnes GUI.illegal eagle wrote:But don't you think that a Windows GUI would be easier to use?

I like JB's colours, you know, the golden GUI. He posted it in the old forum.

Well... I am well used to the GUI at this stage, but when i started out with Zsnes, i only had a pc for about a month, and it was the first piece of software that i ever downloaded or anything, and i found the game selection menu to be really confusing.illegal eagle wrote:I like the custom colors, too. Here is my favorite color scheme named: Zsnes Grayscale scheme AKA "My eyes don't hurt with this one." I didn't select the grayscale option on the video window.
How does it look?
Back:
Red -5
Blue -5
Green -5

G 0
B 0

All maxed out to create the white.
Edit: I hope it isn't exactly the same as Adventure of Link's scheme.

Mexandrew, that style is like mine, but with a few differences. For instance, your "game config cheat netplay misc" bar (or whatever you can that thing, enlighten me please ) has a white background, my ZSnes is all black. Also, I got a nice snow effect, as I said a few posts back.
PS: Feel free to copy my style
