Having issues with 1.36 1.51 on custom tower
I have zsnes 1.36 and 1.51 on my one core ancient laptop and my new custom tower with a core i5 and 8 gigs of ram. Also a gtx 560 ti. My laptop will play and render graphics great. But on my desktop I can't achieve the blur look my laptop gives, even with interpolation or other features on. Also it lags bad on most roms. What can I do to fix this?

Not sure what your answer for the lag is, but the lack of filtering is because directdraw scale filtering isn't usually enabled by default in windows 7 (In my experience with nvidia graphics cards, not sure about others.). There's nothing you can do about it, as far as I know.
Maybe these people were born without that part of their brain that lets you try different things to see if they work better. --Retsupurae

I had a laptop with a radeon 5650m and win 7 64. It played zsnes great and had good filtering. Maybe it's nvidia?
