System resources??

Post by Tri4ce »

I got the new 1.40 and when i ran it my cpu maxxed out at 100%.
Once a rom is loaded the cpu goes to normal.

This resource thing really got me stumped, it also does this with my epsxe aswell only that it will stay at 100% no matter what.

Any suggestions.
