1.51 crashes!!

Well my problem is basically uninstalling zsnes 1.51. It crashes to much for some reason on my PC and just finally got tired of it. I wanted to reinstall 1.42 since it didnt crash at all on me. My problem is I completely program remove 1.51 and made sure 100 times over that it was gone. Every time I install 1.42 it show up as 1.51. Im getting tired of the crashes and have no way of backing up my files to do a reinstall of the OS.I already check all over google and the forums. No one seem to be having this problem. What Im I missing here that Im not seeing? Help!

Every time I install 1.42 it show up as 1.51.

redownload it from the official site.

Windows 7 64 home premium and I have already try to downloading from original site and others. Still no luck

how are you "uninstalling" it? (ditto with "reinstalling" it.)

Sorry it took so long to get back, connection issues. As I seen and been told removal of all folders and uninstall program section.
