A problem with the Super Scope ability thing..

I'm having a problem using the super scope. I'm playing a game called Metal Combat that requires the scope, and in order to get passed the first training mode, you need to be able to hold down on the Scope button in order to charge up a shot..but it won't allow me to do that with my mouse. If I hold down on the mouse button, it just rapidly fires..

Is this some kind of Turbo mode that I don't know how to shut off? Or is it just something that I am unaware of?

Either you have a very bad MCFR ROM, or you just need to leave your mouse alone (don't press the left button) and your gun will charge.
