Yoshi's Island & Mouse bugs

Version: Latest WIP Release and 1.42 (new gfx engine only - although mouse still shows in old gfx too) [Win32]
OS: Windows 2000 Professional SP4

On Yoshi's Island (1.1 US) in level 6-4, when starting off on the level, the platforms moving up and down when you move, they kinda clip funny when you move (screenshot-click me)

The cursor dosen't dissappear, this happens MOST of the time. With 1.42, the game cursor stutters for a few seconds when the program starts up, this does not happen in the WIP verison, but the windows cursor still appears in the WIP version most of the time.

The Yoshi's Island bug appears in my v1.0 ROM. Also at the beginning of that level, the black background is missing. [Pic]

I get that same bug too, but only on some levels, including 6-4

These gfx bugs aren't surprising, they just come from imperfect emulation of the SuperFX chip.
