Is there a way to set a cheat code to a Button on the keyboard ? so i can turn in on and off with the same key pressed

No there isn't. You have to go in the GUI -> Cheat and toggle the code you want from there.

the only way i can think of doing it is by changing the .cht file format, or assigning keys for each of the 255 codes. Neither of which are logical, and neither are gonna happen. If you're gonna cheat, just use the GUI.

Or you can make a triner using something like C++ although it will only work with the version of zsnes you made it for and the rom you made it for.

I pestered pagefault for such a thing before I became a dev, so I'll probably add it one of these days.

really Nach thanks i got the idea from game shark pro when you could make your own codes they called them joker commands i think
