Ok. I downloaded the Emulator and unzipped it. I can open it. How do I play games?

Make a folder inside you zsnes folder name it "roms" and then add your games there, open zsnes and load your roms from that folder.

It looks like a bad rom. You need to find a good rom of the games.

EDIT: I wonder how did he make a savestate if he doesn't even know how to load a rom to do so?

Requestion ROMS (or their location) is against the board rules.

Please go read the rules, then find the ROMS on your own.

Then run the ROM.

If you still have questions, take a look at the excellent documentation included with Zsnes.
