Yes, and it runs rather wonky. I have issues typing into the prompt when using that mode as if it could not determine to go faster or slower.creaothceann wrote:Are you using the dynamic core? It's faster than ther default one.

I haven't figured out yet how to get the music working (read from CD) in Shadow Warrior, unfortunately.alexz721 wrote:Holy shit, I can run the Build games (Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, Blood) at full speed. This is amazing.

Please for my sanity, since this game was brought up...EMu-LoRd wrote:I haven't figured out yet how to get the music working (read from CD) in Shadow Warrior, unfortunately.alexz721 wrote:Holy shit, I can run the Build games (Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, Blood) at full speed. This is amazing.
Alternate moving forward and backward with the arrow keys in Shadow Warrior: Does the character seem to drift to one side? I remember seeing something to this effect back in 1998...
Sometimes I prefer playing them without enhancements, because sometimes ports like to add "enhancements." It's like with ZDoom. There's definitely some changes, the biggest of which I've noticed is that the BFG doesn't throw creatures nearly as far, and I always loved launching a Cacodemon halfway across a map.
Anyway, there's plenty of other games that don't have ports, like Crusader: No Remorse or Quarantine II to name a couple, and those work amazingly well now.
For EMu-LoRd, there is CD-ROM support in DOSBox, it's something like "mount I: I:\ -t cdrom," I: being your respective CD-ROM drive. There's an -ioctl parameter also if you're running Windows NT or higher.

Even with all those extra lines, the music won't play since it's read from CD (alread tried that before your post).alexz721 wrote:For EMu-LoRd, there is CD-ROM support in DOSBox, it's something like "mount I: I:\ -t cdrom," I: being your respective CD-ROM drive.
