Any other things that we must look for?

We have the same version of ZSNES, both of us can't get past the Connecting or Waiting for message....

even our Windows Firewall is off, Avast is also turned off.

Anyone had this issue and found a way to fix this, if so, can you share?

Thx for the help, deeply appreciated.

(we tried both with UDP and TCP)

Are you at a university? They may already be blocking those ports, which means you can't do anything about it.

I think bad emulation that will be ignored...

We have choice about emulators.

Well I have a theory....

1. Click on "Start"

2. Go to " My Network Places"

3. On the left upper hand corner click on "View Network Connections

4. Select the type of connection you use for the internet ( There's been problems with people that try to do this using Wireless Internet, so make sure your using wires.) The type of connection you use can be Broadband, Dial- Up, DSL etc.

5. Right click on it and go to "Properties" following it by clicking on the "Advanced Tab"

6.Below you should have "Internet Connection Sharing" with a "Settings right below"

7. Click on " Settings" after you check "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection"

8. Right below the Services tab you should have services that others can connect to you on. Scroll down and select UPnP (TCP) and/or UPnP (UDP) and hit Add and OK.

9. Well I'm not sure if you're able to netplay successfully after that, but mabye it should help. This page has the full tutorial on it
