Will that require to have all the trolltech libraries installed? On GNOME, XFcE and on windows? On Windows, ZSNES, like NSRT, would probably come with a DLL that the .exe will link to... On Linux, they can also locally/hard-link Qt into the build, but most of the packages/source will probably defau...

That's really neat. I'm building a PC with my friend this summer, and we'll probably buy a lot of nice hardware. :)

Also, I didn't really like Ice Age 2. :S

I'm playing FF6 right now, on an emulator. I was first playing the fan-translation by Sky Render, but there were problems (either with the translated ROM, or ZSNES; probably the earlier), but I messed up the Save Ram when I was in the Magiteck Factory, right before fighting, uh, those two Espers... ...

I think you can soft patch (apply the patch at run-time without changing the ROM image) with Snes9x. :) Just make sure the IPS file has the same file name, excluding the extension. ;) Example: You want to patch super_mario_world.sfc with Super_Mario_Galaxy_Super_Patch.ips . Change super_mario_world....

I think Deathlike2 means that the GNU GPL license won't allow mog123 to use your source code as reference and then use the source code in his software because it isn't available under a GPL or compatible license, assuming it isn't. Am I wrong? [edit] I fixed some wording to make my post more clear a...

You don't have to have both of your roms in the same directory (or equivalents, if those exist in a normal, non-UNIX specific application environment). Anyways, you both just have to have the ROM directory set (not quite sure HOW to do this correctly, but load the ROM and restart ZSNES before Netpla...

Saitek game pads are awesome.

k77: If the controller's buttons don't stick, and the game pad is *ok*, then it would be easier to play SNES games than with a keyboard. ;)
