ohhh ok but do you think me not having any rom games could be the problem

what are docs ? and could it be because i do not have any roms in the program yet ?

everytime i try to run a emulator on my psp it loads up then when i click run it give me "the game could not be started. (800201148)" does anyone know what this means or what it could be ?

i was woundering if anyone out there had a snes or nes emulator for a brand new psp. the highest version and a place to download roms. any help would be great.
