^^^ Yes, you just need to find which resampling is the best to your pics. Particularly I don't like Lanczos - no blur but too much noise.

If it's 4:3 fullscreen, rather than keeping the horizontal res and reducing the vertical res(thus producing quality loss - people will lose their heads), why don't you letterbox to aspect ratio it to 16:9? Why would anyone use Street Fighter II Turbo - Hyper Fighting (U) [!].smc when SF2T.smc or SF2Turbo.smc works just as good, is beyond me.

Goto KeyComb and delete everything.
Goto Input#, select your pad, then clear anything assigned to turbo.
Click set keys and...set your keys.

They don't even start in 7E Not starting in 7E has jack shit to do with it being PAR/GG for emulators. The point is that using a - will decrypt it back to a PAR-format code (address:value). You don't want that if they are ALREADY decrypted. Which they are. I know the emulator doesn't give a shit on...

You could set a different key combo for games that use soft reset, to prevent accidents. I'm definitely all for preventing accidents, but you know we'll get all sorts of new people on the forums asking why game x reset while they were trying to save state... still not saying it's a bad idea, though...
