Gens for Linux, anyone?
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=290008 Over the last... amount of time (it's been a couple of years, I guess), a couple of people on this thread picked up development on the linux build of Gens (which if you tried some of the older builds, was... not amazing). They did a lot of stellar work...

still, i probably won't be playing this as i never really played the original. it seems the only reason to get this is to hopefully relive those moments, but with fancy graphics. i don't doubt it could be a very good game, i'll just have other things i'd rather do I'd at least recommend giving it a...

I haven't really played a bionic commando game that I haven't enjoyed to some extent yet, so I'm still hoping the next gen one will be as awesome as I want it to be (kinda reminds me of the prince of persia games, which I love). This remake is definitely looking quite spiffy as well... so let's hope...

That's something I really need to start work on (the Qt GUI), plus the GBA graphics core needs severe work. As well as a main code cleanup to do with the large amount of global variables...And I need to finish off the Win32 OGL fragment shader linker/compiler code.. Don't rush the GUI on my behalf,...

mm so at the start of the game there is only one player? Yes. Until you find a second character for your party, the game will be one player only. It's lame, but it helps the story make more sense. Also, I'm pretty sure the second player hits start, not select, to start playing. Select changes which...

Any comments, suggestions, feedback? I'm very impressed with the quality of work, and if I had the cash I'd definitely be bidding on some of these gems. It's still fun to read the little comic situations for each figure, so that's definitely keeping me coming back. I'm looking forward to seeing Sam...
