BS Zelda no Densetsu Remix even with Roto hack

When I attemp to play the f1 Roto hack that is English translated, I get this screen.

SPC700 Stall detected

How do I fix this? I get this message when starting some game like Kirby's Ghost Trap, Jurassic Park (Beta) and few other games I can't think of.

I only asked this feature because it would be interesting to see hidden backgrounds in some games that you were not meant to see normally and it may serve for ripping ExGFX for Super Mario World hacks. This may serve in small use in making codes like BG modifiers but I doubt that's important.

More sprite disable/enable options?

This program allows you dibable/enable more sprites so you can see/not see everything. Can this be implemented in ZSNES?

Mousewrap porblem and/features missing in emu but in .cfg

Sometimes when I leave the screen in window mode to copy codes manually and come back several times; I find that I can't leave the screen and the mouse either disappears and I have to find my way back into ZSNES or the curser gets trapped in ZSNES and when I turn Mousewrap off, the curser gets slow....

Well the more information I could give is that it only started today and I deleted the config files but the cheats still did not change no matter how many times I saved them.

The cheats load up and they are in the ROM folder. I save them but they don't actually save instead when I load the cheat file it just brings back the cheats ZSNES started up with. This only seems to happen with Super Gameboy 1 and 2 which I have got working with four codes.

I click svae cheat but it does not save

I'm using ZSNES 1.51 for Windows and I click "SAVE" but when I "LOAD" the cheat the cheats appear to have not been saved or even toggled. I discovered this when I saved all the SGB codes I hacked.
