Problem solved! Thanks a ton. I didn't know what you meant by paths, nor did I when I read for it, but browsing the Zsnes menus I found it =P /facepalm.

Where Administrator(Slowky_PC) is there are a few set names there, I don't know why, some have different permissions set.

I created a folder, titled it Saves and placed it into the ZSNES program files. I am the admin of the computer and after right clicking on the folder > Properties > Security it gives me a list of group/usernames and another list of permissions for the group/usernames.
