Offimatic I hereby claim all applicable rights to enable myself to use such a kickass pseudoword. But I made it up! Fuck you kevman! As a matter for fact, ofimatica does 'exist' on spanish, hence my vague assumption. You know guys, you can run both Linux and Windows on your computer. Best of both w...

It's in these cases when a more flexible UI would come in handy. Lots of stuff get horribly butchered in the translation (not your fault NauTiluS, it is quite a feat to find shorter synonyms for a lot of stuff). NauTiluS: Recomendaría usar el menor número de artículos y auxiliares de verbos (¡entre ...

Hate to hijack (Alright, I'm kinda ok with it) but what hex editors do you guys use nowadays? Had to use one the other day to "convert" from file formats. (Some N64 game save format container. Has some kind of header, then a massive string of zeros, then the eeprom contents, then another ...

On a website I frequent, there used to be a spoiler tag taht would generate a button labeled "Show spoiler". Only when you clicked it the spoiler would be revealed before your eyes.

I do know about hex editors (swapping constantly between XVI32 and Hex Workshop), but not because of emulation, but Starcraft modding. I am not quite sure if I was aware of emulation back then, but it is likely I already did.

I'm not pretty sure about that, as I remember where there was DNS troubles in a website I used to visit, once thy were fixed, I still had issues, because my stupid ISP never refreshed the domains, and ctrl+f5 didn't do crap.

Waht's the rom name? Commonly it has an .smc extension; if it is zst, srm, spc or something like that, then your file is not really a rom :P

Yes, just rename your srm file according tothat another ff5 rom.

That is, if your rom is called "Final Fantasy V (J).zip", rename your ssavegame to "Final Fantasy V (J).srm"

and be sure to check that other rom with any authoring tools.

When the original hardwrae actually generates sound with a much lower sample rate, it's just like trying to do the same with a sound editor for a recorded phone conversation.
