Re: Ahoyhoy
The zsnes board continues on with some occasional drama. Nothing like back in 2001, though.

Re: SRAM not always saving.
Are you sure that zsnes is set up to read/write the SRAM file where you have the SNES9x saves set up?

Re: Gnome 3 and Unity
I tried live cds of Fedora and Ubuntu. Fedora didn't load, and Ubuntu failed to start Unity due to it not being able to successfully load the Nvidia drivers. Looks like I should wait a while for things to stabilize.

Re: Gnome 3 and Unity
I think both of these interfaces require 3D acceleration. I thought that the virtualization software didn't allow for that.

Gnome 3 and Unity
With a long weekend coming up this weekend, I figure it is high time for me to do my annual wipe my computer clean and do a fresh install of my operating system. There is a new version of Ubuntu coming out, with an interface called Unity, which despite being built on Gnome 3, is distinct. Gnome 3 is...

I wouldn't have said anything, except he said "tl;dr", displaying a level of arrogance that put me off. Of course, if he actually read the thread, he would have known there was no need to make that useless post.

Why exactly did you feel the need to make that post when this thread has had no replies for nearly 2 years.

In the controller setup menu, there are tabs for other controllers. Simply click on the tab, and configure away.

Re: I am The Controller
Provided that Kinect acts like any other mapped controller, there shouldn't be any issue with zsnes. I don't really have any suggestions except to ask the people who made the drivers for the interface.

Why in the hell would you do this?
I mean, if you are going to the effort of building such a thing, why are you using USB in the first place?

Re: Trouble with Saving Save States to My Computer
I would recommend testing your hack in more emulators than just zsnes. There are far too many SMW hacks out there that don't work properly because they exploit bugs in zsnes that don't exist on a real snes.

There is a version of 1.51 with SPC7110 support somewhere on the boards that Nach posted. My searches are coming up empty. Search, and ye will find!
