error when i try to record a video

i try to record a video but i can,t please show me how and give me the link for lame build for it.

Have 2 controllers of the exact make. One works, the other does not (nothing happens when you press buttons on the Input screen). I have an additional 4 controllers connected to my PC. I assume perhaps the max # of controllers ZSNES can detect is 5 ? Is there a workaround? 4 controller nothing more
