Not to brag and all, but my Rift DK2 order has gone to "ready/processing" and charged the remainder, ahead of yours if the unofficial order tracker is accurate.

I converted to Macfag, so my dream PC is one of those trashcan shaped Mac Pro computers. And maybe one of those new MacBook Pro laptops with a high PPI screen and dedicated graphics.

Thank you so much, they are both the games I was looking for :D Glad people could help you. I'm a girl btw! Never tell people this. They'll either think you're lying, or doing it for attention. Only kidding. Welcome to the boards, try not to be scared off too quickly by the extreme low traffic it s...

Re: ZSNES Closed, But It Is Still There?
You are correct. I did not verify that when I closed it via the taskbar button, it closed on its own. It actually stayed running.
I suggest trying the X button inside the window, or the Exit item from one of the menus. If that doesn't work, then terminate it from the task manager.

Also, check if you accidentally pinned it to the taskbar, which is a feature introduced in Windows 7.

Oh, you meant expressways. In that case, many of ours are pretty much permanently divided by jersey barriers.

Nor here. Here, they just set up cones and ribbons between them, and have dedicated workers on each end of the single lane, directing traffic with Slow/Stop signs.

Re: Loading a Save State Then Making an In-game Save
Also note that reloading an older state will overwrite your SRM in memory instantly, and likely also on disk. So if you must combine saving states with saving normally, remember to save a state after saving normally.

Re: ZSNES's menu will respond to simulated keys, but ROM won
You'll have to change ZSNESW to respond to keyboard from Windows message API instead of DirectInput. Currently, window messages for keyboard input are only intercepted by the GUI and the former netplay chat system.

Monster Rancher 2 Recently beat Monster Rancher 2 (and by beat I mean going through the main "story" of raising a monster through the major 4 and getting master's rank, assuming one could call THAT a story), so... Well, that's something to accomplish, at least. I recently got Wine to work...

Open the binding dialogs for controllers 3 and up, and set their attachment to None instead of Keyboard/Gamepad. Otherwise, the game will see a multitap attached.

Re: xbox 360 controller on macbook air
This is due to the analog triggers. Try holding them both exactly half pressed.
Or you could try binding the buttons by manually editing the configuration file.

I have this one cousin on Facebook who perpetually invites me to play Candy Crush Saga at all hours of the night. The only reason I don't notice them 90% of the time is because I have Facebook email notifications for that sort of shit turned off.

Re: HP Pavilion a305w computer build project
Not to mention that all USB capture devices can be passed through to a Windows or Mac OS X virtual machine without requiring VT-d. I recommend VMWare for that purpose, as VirtualBox's USB support can kindly fuck off and die in a fire.

Elgato makes this for analog composite or S-Video capture, and this for analog component and unprotected HDMI capture. Both are line powered USB devices, and both are fully supported on Windows and Mac, but forget about Linux. I already asked them about that, and they did say that libusb was too slo...

And I may or may not have mentioned that I went purely by luck of the draw, and ended up with a fully working machine. Well, except for my discrete sound hardware, which was totally unsupported, so I removed that and put it away.
